Kindergarten

Today was Titus' first day of Kindergarten!
What a pleasure it has been to have this little boy home with me for these past 4 3/4 years!  However, he was extra excited to pack up his bookbag and learn to pack his lunch so that he could begin Kindergarten today.

And what an extra special treat for Mamaw to be here for the big occasion!  She made him the most fantastic peanut butter and jelly sandwich packed full of love!!

So proud and happy for our Big boy.  It does feel surreal to be entering this phase!  Mark told me that Titus was such a little man when he arrived...and I can't wait for him to get home and tell us all about his big day!

he begged to wear his daddy's camo hat to match his camo backpack...so after a few hatless pics, he was quite happy to be given the prized hat for the day
Best buds and brothers.  I am looking forward to some special times with my sweet spunky spiderman while Titus is at school

Mark cuts the Schneider's grass, so Titus gets to ride with daddy in the big green truck with the mowers in the back....which just further adds to his joy!!! and, I might add, the joy of his daddy's heart as he will be able to spend some one on one time with Titus 2 mornings a week:)
My heart is so overjoyed as I think about this new venture for Titus and our family.  He will be going to the Schneider's house on Monday's and Wednesday's from 9:00-3:00 where Mrs. Carol will be teaching through the Memoria Press classical education kindergarten curriculum with He and Eliza.  She has so many fun things planned for them and I am so thankful to the Lord for answering my prayer on just what path to take for Titus' education this year.
