This is a quick and easy way to dress up a dinner salad or entree.
Drape 1 flour tortilla over a greased upside down oven proof bowl.
Place in oven and turn on to 350 (don't preheat....it saves electricity to do it this way:)
Allow to warm for about 10 minutes (check tortillas to make sure they don't get too brown)
Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes...
Remove shells from bowls and Vwallah.....you have a crunchy shell for your salad or dinner entree of choice!
For those of you trying to incorporate more beans and rice...this is a fun way to serve black beans and rice. Add a little salsa and sour cream or guacamole and you are all set with a healthy cheap meal!
