Everyday Life

3 Months Already!

4 generations of Brumbaugh men!!
(It can't possibly get any better than that:))

WOW! I can't believe it has been 3 months since our little guy popped out into the world. We have been having such a great time with him and he is growing a little every day both physically and socially. He is now 25 3/4 inches long and a little over 15 lbs. His arms and legs are so long...suprise suprise, and he is already pushing into the 6 months size range. I have no idea how he rates on the wonderful chart I always hear about...nor do I care. I do know he loves his mommy and daddy and the dresser in our room. For some reason he loves to look and talk to our tall dresser every morning. He is fascinated by its beauty and I guess the drawer knobs give it a friendly look...whatever the reason, the dresser it Baby T's favorite new thing.
Mark and I took a trip to Tennessee the end of January. We had a great time hanging with the B's and were there for Grandpa Kip's 50th b-day. We also were able to enjoy some snow the last day we were there. Mark had to read mostof the time (Oh, the life of a seminary family!!) so it was nice that Titus and I were able to hang out with Grandpa Kip and Grandma B. Our flights were great and we hope to do it again before Baby T gets to old to fly free. I went hoem to DC for my birthday on the 12th. Mark and I had a pizza picnic in our living room for valentines day after he got home from work (10:00pm) and then it was time for more reading reading reading (Talk about Romantic!) My mom came for the weekend and babysat baby T while Mark and I went out for a nice dinner at "Ruth Chris Steakhouse". Someone anonymously gave us a gift card to go there for V-day. Needless to say...I have got one funny story to tell. I'll make that my next post cause I need to wrap this up and post some pics for the family to see. Until the next post....

Wow! The time does fly by doesn't it. Well it flies by once you have the baby, I didn't think pregnancy 'flew by', but it's different for everyone! Hey, we need to get together sometime to catch up. We're looking at a church in the DC area I wanted to ask you about. Email or call me sometime. ssconley@gmail.com

no, Joe isn't planning on going for more education. But I'll let him know what you said!!
Joe is working part time at Fed Ex loading boxes into trucks. He starts at 5am and gets done around 8am. After that, he goes back to bed till lunch. It's not all that thrilling, but it's good that he's making money. He said the drivers tell him that he's doing a great job.
It would be so nice to see you all sometime. Maybe when we start traveling, we'll visit you!
Take care!
